What is available today

SC.ORB is running now, with the modules operators need first:

We consistently see four key challenges across operators, and they share a single root cause.

The variability paradox. You carry 100% of the liability but control little of what creates it; training content and evaluation criteria are set by third parties, not mapped to your procedures.

Shifting requirements. The platform is built to stay current as the regulatory regime and standard editions change. This is why the build took a while: the architecture that keeps you current is hard to build and close to impossible to bolt on later, so we built it in from the start.

We are ready for PSMS, whenever you are. The framework is voluntary today, but it is where the industry is heading. Contractor management is the first door; if and when you choose to adopt more, Risk Management, Incident Investigation, Emergency Response, and every other element add onto the same platform. You move at your pace; the platform is already built for it.

And then there is the money, because you have been paying for contractor compliance all along. Those platform fees do not disappear into the contractor’s pocket. They are overhead, priced into the rate the contractor charges you, with a markup on top, because that is how contracting works.
